Wu Anderson's experience spans more than 15 years in advertising and design. As art director of Padilla's creative and interactive services practice, she oversees art direction and assists with brand strategy for clients such as General Mills, HB Fuller, Metropolitan Airports Commission and Milwaukee-based Briggs & Stratton.

Spargo counsels clients and account teams for the firm's health care and medical device clients. She provides strategic direction and communications expertise for clients such as National Marrow Donor Program, superDimension and St. Louis-based Express Scripts.

Carlson provides media relations expertise to Padilla clients such as Comcast Twin Cities, McConnellsburg, Pa.-based JLG and Oshkosh, Wis.-based Oshkosh Truck.
