Padilla Speer Beardsley announces promotions, staff additions

MINNEAPOLIS - Jul. 10, 2008 - Padilla Speer Beardsley, an independent communications firm with offices in Minneapolis and New York, announced that Madeline Riggs, Dani Litt and Michelle Theilmann were promoted, and the firm hired nine staff members to support its Agribusiness, Consumer Products, Creative Services, Health Care and Medical Device, and Manufacturing and Technology practices.

Senior account executive Riggs, and account executives Litt and Theilmann execute business-to-business marketing programs for the firm's manufacturing and technology clients such as Entegris, Briggs & Stratton, Rockwell Automation, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers Educational Foundation, JLG, Oshkosh Corporation and Trane.

The Manufacturing and Technology practice also recently welcomed senior account executive Pamela Dickson, account executive Chance Prigge, and assistant account executives Heather Mueller, Sarah Riley, Emily Thompson and Monique Weiss to its staff.

Isaac Sorensen, senior account executive, has joined the firm's Consumer Products practice. Sorensen manages and executes business-to-consumer marketing programs for clients General Mills and Chicago-based Jim Beam Brands.

Senior account executive Claire Sychowski joined the firm's growing Health Care and Medical Device practice where clients include American Medical Systems, ArthoCare Spine, Medacta National Marrow Donor Program, United Healthcare and the University of Minnesota Academic Health Center.

Mike Kirk, graphic designer, joined Padilla's Creative Services team and provides design expertise to clients in need of advertising, branding, collateral and electronic communications. Meredith Paul also joined the Creative Services team as a project manager. Paul is responsible for coordinating smooth execution of the firm's rapidly growing list of print and interactive design projects.
