Senior Designer, Creative Services, Minneapolis
Padilla Speer Beardsley is looking for an exceptional senior designer to join our dynamic creative team. We have an immediate opening for a senior designer with the experience, expertise and talent to lead a variety of projects.
Our work includes corporate identity/branding, print advertising, print collateral, interactive, direct mail, package design, environmental design and multimedia. Besides experience and proven ability in both print and interactive design, qualified applicants must possess proven and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Candidates should have at least seven years of design and creative-management experience within an agency or design department, including success in developing and presenting new business proposals.
A degree from an accredited design program is required, along with advanced technical skills. Those include knowledge of all Adobe Creative Suite (CS5) programs, and the capability to design around the limitations of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for client-centric projects.
Electronic Production Artist, Creative Services, Minneapolis

Strong public relations experience, primarily in a B2B setting and/or with trade media relations. Experience in crop protection chemicals and/or agricultural industry is highly preferred.

Ten-plus years of total experience, with two-plus years of experience leading large accounts within an agency.

To apply for our Senior Digital Marketer position, you'll need three to five years of professional experience in planning and doing the heavy lifting for online campaigns and advanced skills in paid campaigns for social networks. Agency survival skills are preferred.
Our Senior Digital Marketer helps develop new business by networking, and slinging creative and interactive strategies at prospective clients and account-service teams. The job also includes researching and developing new capabilities/services to sell to clients.
